I see the confusion here. The term 'not reconciled' as the state information
is probably not good and should receive another name. I propose 'None' at this
point as the member variable is named 'm_reconcileFlag' and it would reflect
the state of the UI that there is no flag set (not cleared and not
reconciled).
Does that make sense?
