There are 4 states (1 is not used)

- Not Reconciled (the flag is empty)
- Cleared ( C flag)
- Reconciled (R flag)
- Frozen (not used)

This shows the oldest Not Reconciled (or not cleared, as you wish).

If you right-click on a transaction, you can mark the transaction as
any of these 3 reconciliation status.

So, I sticked to using "not reconciled" to maintain UI consistency.
