While creating a new "Reinvest Dividend" type of transaction, it would be nice
to not have to re-key the Interest Category, a mandatory field for each
transaction. If this is not the first of this type of transaction, the interest
category should be copied from the most recent such type of transaction.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a "Reinvest Dividend" type transaction.


Actual Results:  
The Interest category is blank.

Expected Results:  
Interest category should be pre-filled from prior similar transaction for the
same investment account.
