The pattern actually is 'libkmm_*'. If you compile from source, please check 
that the prefix matches your KDE installation. For most distros that is /usr 
today.  Run

  grep CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX CMakeCache.txt

in your build directory to find out. Here I see:

thb at localhost:~/devel/kmymoney4/build> grep CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX 
CMakeCache.txt 
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr

If it is different, please run 'sudo make uninstall' before you change 
anything. The use ccmake to modify the setting, rebuild and reinstall.

BTW: there's a bug entry for those leftover symlinks which can be found on  
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=224528
