Does this happen with other accounts as well? Did you re-install all the
plugins?

The BT looks a bit strange around frames #12 and #13. I don't see a reference
of the KOfxDirectConnectDlg::slotOfxFinished() slot that should be called. Can
you do some single stepping from that point on, though I am not sure if you
have the knowledge about to do that?
