kmymoney (4.5.0) on KDE Platform 4.5.3 (KDE 4.5.3) "release 10" using Qt 4.6.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed: Trying to start kmymoney4 in
database mode from panel icon. Same as previous report but later version of
KMyMoney4 I think. Also clicking on file open database. This ays it was fixed
in SVN but I have not updated this package since it has a patch to fix another
problem that may not be in the version available from SuSE repo's.
