Yes, the installer installs 3.98.1 which is a pretty buggy and old
release but it's the last stable release from the KDE on Windows
project. From what I know the KDE on Windows project will be releasing
KDE 4.5.3 soon as the stable release which will come with the latest
KMyMoney 4.5.1 if you don't manage to install on Mac by then.
