Version:           4.5 (using KDE 4.5.3) 
OS:                OS X

Ledger's date column isn't centered, although date of online statement balance
is centered.
(See last entry in attached TIFF.)

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Date column should be centered everywhere.
