The three day offset is by design (because sometimes transactions are added
which would not be caught if we don't overlap for a few days) and does not
cause the problem.

The question about seeing the problem when download twice in a row remains
unanswered.

I am also customer at the same institution, but did not notice anything strange
lately. I am using the KMyMoney trunk version though, but I don't remember
changing anything in that area lately.
