Hello all,
the git repo is open for certain projects which are spearheading the
move, particularly those that had moved to gitorious, and those
projects that were previously out of the SVN repo.
Extragear and core projects are going to be the last to move, and it
will certainly not happen until after the 4.6 release, when the
necessary infrastructure is in place.
When that happens, we'll move as part of the massive migration.
As Cristian said, I see no benefits for our project, but I also see no
problems either.
