Thanks Thomas for all the quick support.

I have yet to install KMM4 from source and so it may take a bit for me to try
out these fixes to see if they behave as I expect from KMM2.  I do know that
when you roll the release number my distro is packaging these quickly.  I look
forward to the next roll.
