[Kmymoney-devel] Currencies dialog

Hello all,
I commited a big change to the currencies dialog. Basically, it was
broken both in functionality and in usability.
It is now all inline-editable, instead of having wasted screen
real-estate all over the dialog.
Also, the code is more similar to other lists, which improves the
maintainability.

If you can test it, I'd appreciate the feedback.
