When the qifimporter rework was done, one of the issues I addressed was correct
recording of prices.  I did think that this functionality may have escaped, but
now I'm having second thoughts.

As qif import does pick up prices correctly, it may be, and probably is, that
that is because of my patches, and that manually entered transactions have
never been correctly recorded.  If that appears to be the case, it may be it
should be on the wish-list, rather than the bug list.

v1.x seems to work the same way.
