BUG: 236602
Qt tricked us again, it seems that expanded(QModelIndex)/collapsed(QModelIndex)
signals are emitted when expanding/collapsing one item at a time and there is
no such signal as expandedAll/collapsedAll. So this is a workaround this issue.
(Now I've only committed the implementation since Thomas was ahead of me on
this).
