All accounts from this file show up fine here in the ledger. But looking at the 
first stack trace that you have sent this seems exactly the same bug as 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=234113 which Thomas claims to have fixed. 
Are you running the latest version from SVN?
