When a QIF field is missing don't return a string containing the space
character. 
All logic in the importer should interpret an empty string as a missing field.
I've checked the commit log and the code was added in 2003-10-02 and the only
QIF related comment is 'improved QIF import performance'. Returning the space
character as a payee was causing all subsequent payees that contained a space
in their names to be matched as the 'space' payee.
Note that users affected by this bug should delete their payee having only a
space for a name (or disable the matching for it) to be able to import other
payees containing spaces.
