When opening the ledger for an account, not all of the last entry in the ledger
is visible. See the attached screenshots for an example. Under the detail
column, the activity "Dividend" and account "A000278" are shown but there are
two further lines for this entry which are only visible after dragging the
scroll bar down to the bottom.
