Add ability to edit Checkings, Savings and Cash account types patch v1

This patch:
* Moves isLiquidAsset() from reportaccount to mymoneyaccount.
* Changes knewaccountdlg to only add relevant item(s) to menu for when editing
instead of all of them.
* Changes mymoneyfile, mymoneydatabasemgr and mymoneyseqaccessmgr to allow
changes between checkings, savings and cash account types.
* Adds new tests to testModifyAccount in mymoneyfiletest to test valid and
invalid account type changes.
