[Kmymoney-devel] Payees combo using model

Here is a patch of my work so far with the payees model and trying to
have the MVCCombo use it.

Issues I have found at this point:
- on new payee creation, the id is not refreshed correctly
- the editTextChanged slot is not being called when it should

I'm getting sick, and this is making me dizzy after working on it for
2 weeks, so it's up for grabs if anyone has some spare time.
