Hello Jay,
sorry about that. The package you are using probably doesn't have the
KDE Help Center, or not the correct version. Or that particular KMM
package doesn't contain the doc files in the correct format, as you
mentioned.
That information is available on the site, although we could have done
a better job than put it under the "User information" title, on the
top right.

There you can have the manual in PDF or HTML format.

Let us know if you still have issues. We'll try to improve our
usability in the future.
