Since I've upgraded to 4.4 I'll take care of the account template
selector. I hope I'll also make it to implement the drag and drop for
the new accounts view. Also I'll take a look at this
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229174 since it seems to be
related to the porting of the accounts selector. Of course I'll have a
look at the other bugs also as I will have time :). So let's make 3.97
a really good release since it'll be the last beta.
