I am a native French speaker and I find almost 50% of the interface as being in
English! However if I go to KMymoney website, Developer, help on translation,
French language is marked as 100% complete, which obviously is very far from
the truth.

Steps to Reproduce:
Just launch it and use it...

Actual Results:  
Lots of UI items are untranslated. Won't list them, doesn't add value. LOTS.

Expected Results:  
All the KMymoney UI is translated into French, and of good quality.
