second level would be appreciated as well as the existing options.

Steps to Reproduce:
Select Configure>Rows/columns>Detail

Actual Results:  
No options between Top level and All

Expected Results:  
At least one option - possibly more - to configure for Top level and second
level (or Top level and any number of levels between Top level and All).
