When I attempt to map my account to my online Charles Schwab account, the
procedure fails with the following error message:
  access to restricted port in post denied

Everything works fine with KBanking (aqbanking).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an account
2) Map to online account, select KMyMoney OFX (other option is KBanking)
3) Manually configure account
4) enter:
ORG: ISC
FID: 5401
URL: https://ofx.schwab.com/bankcgi_dev/ofx_server
username and password (should not matter what this is for testing)

Actual Results:  
no network traffic is sent out, error message appears: access to restricted
port in post denied

Expected Results:  
online account successfully connected to
