[Kmymoney-devel] doc check - author lists and man page question - last chance

I just checked in a lot of changes regarding developers and credits.   
It's close, but I think there is a bit more tuning to do.

What I did was add a separate line about migration to KDE4/Qt4 on the  
active developers page.  It's also a specific item for Bernd on the  
special thanks page.

The authors in index.docbook are supposed to be authors of the  
documentation.  I just left this list alone and added myself.  In  
theory, the developers could be added here as <othercontrib> but I have  
not done this.

The authors on the man page now list Michael Edwardes, all those listed  
as active developers, Felix Rodriguez, and Kevin Tambascio.  The last  
two are just two out of four developers of previous versions.  Should I  
leave this as is, remove these two, or add the other two (Ace Jones and  
John C)?

NOTE:  I copy/pasted Christian's name into the man-kmymoney.1.docbook  
file, but the accent on the final "t" is not getting into the man page  
correctly.  If anyone knows how to properly encode this or what entity  
to use in the docbook file, please let me know.

The authors listed in the Help/About dialog doesn't quite match any of  
the above lists.  It includes most of the active developers (omits  
Robert Wadley [who is on the "thanks to" tab] and myself) and omits  
Kevin Tambascio [also on the "thanks to" tab] of the previous  
developers.  Three of the names on the "Thanks to" tab are not listed  
in credits.docbook.  (Javier Campos Morales, Laurent Montel, and  
Wolfgang Rohdewald)Also, at least one of the email addresses doesn't  
match - although I don't know how to tell which would be preferred.

The author of "Making the Most of ..." (chapter 3) is listed as Joe  
(joe1011010).  Can someone confirm that this is really how he likes to  
be listed?

One other issue - on the help/about dialog - the sourceforge site is  
still listed instead of techbase.
