To me it looks like m_tmpFile is zero in
KOfxDirectConnectDlg::slotOfxFinished() for whatever reason (see frames #6 and
#7) in the backtrace in the description of the bug. I have no clue why that can
happen.

I tried to duplicate it here, but to no avail. I tried to get the 404 from a
normal web-server which I received, but did not encounter any crash.
