This bug does seem to be related to the screen resolution. On my laptop I have
it set to 1024*768 and I get the scroll bars as described earlier. I cannot
increase the resolution, that's as high as it will go, but if I decrease it to
800*600 the scroll bars are not displayed. Hope that gives someone a clue.
