[Kmymoney-devel] doc check - author lists and man page question

Cristian is all over the place. :)
In fact, I'm the "official" maintainer of forecast, but Cristian is
doing the porting of forecast to Qt4.

The roles have blurred a bit during the port, so perhaps I would drop
them for now, until we are back to a more normal situation.
