Well, I just confirmed the problem is still present.  I haven't noticed  
it anywhere else, but I haven't looked carefully.  I'll see if I can  
come up with a regex against the html files.

Is this something to send to the kde-doc-english at kde.org?  It's  
certainly not critical, but it pretty odd.
