[Kmymoney-devel] developer documentation

Hi everyone,

Lately I've been working on getting the developer documentation installable 
and readable. It is done now, so if you turn on the USE_DEVELOPER_DOC cmake 
flag, after installation, the developer documentation will be available in 
khelpcenter at this URL help:/kmymoney-developer/index.html

With this being done I would like to make a call to update the documentation 
as our resources permit it. I'm making this call since the developer 
documentation is pretty outdated - it still talks about CVS, cppunit, etc.
