Hello all,
following on the footsteps of Cristian, me and other, Ian Neal has
earned his commit wings by nagging the development team with patches
for review.
He now has a SVN account of his own. Please join me in congratulating him!

@Ian, like any of us, if you any doubt about a commit, you can send a
patch to the list for review before commiting. Otherwise, we usually
keep a tab on the commits and will ask if there is any doubt.
