Unfortunately KMyMoney for Windows is only compiled with KDE 4.4. KDE
4.4 on Windows is still unstable with kdeini4.exe crashing all the
time see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218922 so I would not
recommend installing it yet. If you still want to give it a try (you
should do this after that bug is closed) you can use the KDE for
Windows installer. You must select the 'Package manager' option and
the 'Nightly latest' packages. You'll find KMyMoney in the KDEUNSTABLE
category.
