This problem was caused by SVN commit 1093673 which changed kgpgfile.cpp. Since
this change I cannot enable encryption and kmymoney does not seem to find my
GPG key. The change was something to do with subkeys and I wonder if that is
why I am seeing the problem. I use a RSA key with no subkeys.
