A 24-hour break after sending you the patches, and I've solved my linking 
problem in 5 minutes!

It was just necessary to add convdate to kmymoney_common_LIBS in 
CMakeLists.txt in kmymoney/kmymoney .

The test fails, which is a bit odd, but that's another story I'll need to look 
into.
