Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I am very new to Linux so still learning the terminology but I think it was
from the tarball.
I downloaded kmymoney-3.96.1.tar.bz2 from http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net and
followed the instructions in README.cmake
It happens everytime I have launched the program so far 5 or 6 times.

Did you install from the tarball or from the repository distribution?

Does this happen every time or did it happen only the first time you launched
it?
