Not unless that option is on by default. This is the line in my download and
compile script:

cmake $BP/$KMMDIR -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/

I can add any options that might help debug this. I've got 2 scripts that I
run to download and compile KMM and to swap between versions that I keep
around so I can easily try things.

I no longer have the version that I compiled on December 5 but I'm sure the
bug was added sometime between December 2 and December 5 (I'm in California
so adjust accordingly).
