kmymoney (4.5.0) on KDE Platform 4.5.4 (KDE 4.5.4) using Qt 4.7.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
entering transaction without the transaction form. application crashes as soon
as the enter key is pressed
- Custom settings of the application:
transaction file was imported from gnucash. Passes consistency checks
