When entering or editing a transaction in the transaction form, in most
accounts, you can tab through all the fields, and hitting tab in the last field
goes back to the first.

Specifically in investment accounts, hitting tab in the memo field just enters
a tab, it does not go on to the next field.

Expected Results:  
I assume this behavior should be consistent for all account types, and I prefer
that tab move out of the memo field, as it is unlikely to really need to enter
a tab character in this field.
