patch to add two fields to the payee class

Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

Currently kmymoney cannot import the bank code number or account number via
aqbanking. This patch adds the required fields to the payee class.
The payee matching has to be reworked.
Maybe IBAN and BIC fields should be added, too.
