I recently updated to the 4.5.0 version of KMyMoney.  Prior to the update this
application worked great.  Since the update whenever I select an action within
this application there is a 1 to 2 second delay.  It is like all of the
debugging code is still in there.  Nothing else on my KDE 4.5.0 desktop
exhibits this behavior which leads me to believe it is something within
KMyMoney.  I have checked the settings numerous times and nothing seems wrong. 
I have no idea on this one.

Steps to Reproduce:
Just use it.  It happens everytime.
