It looks like field() is not available in QWizardPage ctors.

That was frustrating to debug :-). It seems like something that should be in the Qt docs.

Now as to how to fix it, the debug statements seem to work if moved to the QWizard ctor. This lets all the QWizardPage widgets get initialized first.
