Not yet, but some more indicators:

when I start the program with the option to show the title bar turned on I can 
shrink it here down to min height of 615. If I turn this option off and 
restart the application, I can shrink it down to 564.

The restart is necessary to see the effect. It's required also after you turn 
the option back on. Without the restart you can still shrink it to 564, after 
the restart only to 615.

Also, the config dialog seems to be pretty tall (> 600 px here).
