The tab order on the account type page is broken. Pressing TAB from the account
name moves the focus to the cancel button instead to the account type combobox.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Start creating a new account, click Next on the first page, press TAB.

Actual Results:  
Cancel button has focus

Expected Results:  
Account type combobox has focus

I'll take care of it myself.
