Looks like the problem is related to the i18n stuff. If running in a different
language, the combo box for the payment frequency is not loaded correctly. Not
all terms are translated. Strange, as in
PaymentFrequencyWizardPage::PaymentFrequencyWizardPage() they all get loaded in
the same manner, but 'daily', 'weekly', 'monthly', 'yearly' show up
untranslated in the combo box.

This leads to the console error "Occurrence not supported by financial
calculator" later on.
