[Kmymoney-devel] KMyMoney - Import with no account selected

I accidentally imported an ofx without having opened a kmy file.  The
account selector, of course, contained no accounts and I realised the
error.  I clicked the 'X' to close KMM, and was not warned that no save
had been done.

I realised of course that I was in an erroneous state, but thought,
perhaps it's valid and tried again, intending to create the accounts on
the fly.  The import contained two account, and I was apparently allowed
to create a checking account.  For the savings account, no name was
acceptable by the dialog, but the OK button was enabled, so I clicked
it.  The warning came up, so I went back to the selector.  As I couldn't
enter any name, I accepted the account just created for the checking
account import.  That was accepted and the import continued.

On the home view, I selected that account and the transactions were
visible, but the account selector did not show the checking account,
just Asset and Liability.  Only home view was enabled.  Again, I could
close down without warning.

I suppose all this would be prevented if ofx (and csv!) imports were
disallowed if no file has been opened, but thought it as well to
mention, in case such importing was envisaged.
