Hello Bernd,
We have a few settings for reports that could be included in a Report
settings page under the Configure KMyMoney option.
That includes stuff like the "includeCSS", plus some others like line
width and max amound of legend for the charts.

The development handbook has a small chapter on how to add a new
Settings page, although it was originally done for KDE3.

Let me know if you are interested. We can always find some other task
if you rather work on something else, but I think this is fairly
straightforward since the settings are almost there, we are just
missing a GUI to set them.
