Fixed in SVN.

I will have to do some more checks on CVS. Unfortunately, SourceForge is 
upgrading their site and stopped all services. So I can't access CVS for the 
version history :(

Oh, just checked and CVS is back up and running.

I sort of remember that I did something in that area.

Thanks for the pointer. I ported another change which I found carrying the 
following comment:

  // I removed the bankid here, because for some users it
  // was not possible to setup the automatic account matching
  // because the bankid was left empty here as well during
  // the statement download. In case we don't have it, we
  // simply use it blank. (ipwizard 2009-06-21)

After you update the code, you might have to re-map the account to get this 
working.
