The hierarchy and finish pages of the New Account Wizard use K3ListView widgets
and at the moment they don't refresh correctly.
I was able to make the hierarchy page refresh, but not the Finish list.

The Hierarchy page uses the kmymoneyaccounttreebase widget. That probably
should be ported to a kmymoneyaccounttreeview widget.

The Finish page uses a simple K3ListView widget. It should be probably ported
to a KListWidget.
