[Kmymoney-devel] could the kmymoney-plugins be added to the kmymoney source tree?

I've started by adding the icalendar export plugin. I've renamed the lib to 
kmm_icalendarexport to avoid name conflicts. I will add the other plugins as 
they are ready. I also made the OFX plugin compileable but I don't have the 
knowledge for testing it, could someone take a look at it? Also there are some 
calls to unlink which sould be fixed I think.
