[Kmymoney-devel] button group changes

Hi,

	I just committed a large change concerning button groups.  All button groups 
are now QButtonGroups, which is a behavior class, not a widget.  Anything that 
used to be a KButtonGroup is now a QGroupBox (the parent class), but this 
means that if any QGroupBox widgets are misbehaving, they can be changed, 
without affecting the button groups.

	If this broke something, let me know, and I'll get it fixed.
